Mark Fuller

Mark Fuller

Founder

Mark has over 40 years’ worth of experience in the property sector in London and the South-East. During that time, he and his team have developed long-term relationships with clients, some of whom have been with them for decades.

He confesses to being somewhat old-fashioned in providing the kind of personal service and great communication that he would expect to receive himself; he is committed to building trust, as well as a sense of openness and reliability, all while fighting unfairness; his team share those values.

Mark admits to having being mad-keen on most sports throughout his life, both watching and playing, but it is his passion for golf in particular that fills most of his spare time now.

Jacqui Everett (ATPI)

Head of Property

Jacqui joined Axe Block Management as Head of Property in March 2025. She brings over two decades of experience in property management, having previously held senior roles such as Area Manager, Regional Manager and Portfolio Director for prestigious companies.

Her leadership will be instrumental in guiding both our block management and lettings teams, acting as the vital link between our leadership and frontline teams. Passionate about property management, she’s not only highly experienced but also deeply committed to working with local communities, building relationships, and ensuring every block is managed with care and attention.

Outside of work, she’s a dog lover, a homemaker, and a true community person—someone who finds joy in both professional and personal connections.

Joy Fuller

Joy Fuller

Co-Founder

Joy shares much of her experience of the property market with Mark, having immersed herself in the sector for over 40 years. As a Co-Founder and Financial Director, Joy crunches the numbers and keeps the books, ensuring that the administration affairs at Axe Block Management run smoothly.

On a personal level, Joy is the glue that holds the team together. With an eye for detail, she is always on-hand to assist her colleagues, thanks to her extensive communications skills. A stickler for good grammar, Joy also possesses an ability to maintain a positive and fun atmosphere at Axe Block Management.

Whatever the issue that may arise, Joy is always someone who believes the glass is half-full.

Matthew Fuller (MRICS)

Matthew Fuller (MRICS)

Managing Director

Matthew offers over 13 years’ worth of experience, working alongside the team at Axe Block Management as a consultant. Specialising in the large-scale projects that we undertake, Matt’s knowledge of the ins and outs of refurbishment and redevelopment are essential in helping him manage some of our larger projects.

Running his own practice, Matt is a RICS Chartered Surveyor, helping him co-ordinate between the various contractors needed on-site. His insights in this side of the property industry help ensure that Axe Block Management consistently provides a complete service.

Rachael Crane

Rachael Crane

Property Manager

Rachael joined the team as a Property Manager in 2019. Over 12 years’ experience in property management helped Rachael develop connections with contractors across Sussex and the south coast.

On a daily basis, Rachael maintains great communication with property owners, carrying out the site inspections and arranging the maintenance and dealing with contractors. Above all, it is her friendly and open connection with owners and residents that make her so popular.

Rachael shares many qualities with her colleagues, including great precision in her work. She is also a hardworking mum who enjoys cooking, hanging out with her family and friends, and going for long walks.

Jackie Hann

Property Manager

Jackie is a Property Manager. A credit to the team since she joined 12 years ago, Jackie is a people person, who works hard to make sure all parties are satisfied. In her daily work, she has a long portfolio of properties to watch over, making sure both owners and residents are reassured and regularly updated.

Her knack for organisation ensures that Jackie follows through by ensuring the necessary site inspections are conducted at the appropriate time. This allows her to identify any possible issues before they become more serious, and have them rectified as quickly as possible.

Operations and Property Manager

Charlotte joined Axe Block Management in June 2023. With her versatile background in Business Support, Marketing, and Administration, Charlotte brings a wealth of expertise, IT skills, and a burst of energy to our team. Her keen attention to detail ensures that every task is handled with care and precision.

As Operations and Property Manager, Charlotte serves as a trusted guide in our residential and lettings operations, fostering clear communication and transparency to build strong relationships with landlords. Her approachable nature and knack for problem-solving make her a go-to resource for colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys spending time with friends and family, adventurously exploring new destinations through travel, and embracing the tranquillity of countryside walks.

Priya Gopinathan

Senior Administrator - Property Manager

Priya has been dedicated to residential property management for over 15 years, and joined team Axe in February 2025. Coming from an experienced family background in property management she brings a deep understanding of the industry and hands-on experience to the table. Her approach is all about proactive management and putting residents property owners first.

She believes that a well-managed block is one where people feel comfortable, secure, and heard, and she’s committed to delivering that experience every day. Outside of work, Priya is a proud mum of two and a passionate cook. In her free time, she loves catering for food orders—combining her love for great service with her culinary skills.
